Meet Lance Aron, the enthusiastic Director of Clinical Operations at SHSU Physicians in Conroe! With an impressive 27 years of dedicated experience in the healthcare field, Lance is truly passionate about making a positive impact. He proudly earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sam Houston State University, giving him a strong foundation to expertly navigate the ever-evolving world of healthcare management.

Lance chose to join SHSU Physicians because he deeply resonates with their core values and unwavering commitment to providing compassionate care. He is incredibly grateful for his dedicated staff, who share his belief in the power of meaningful connections and continuously strive to elevate patient experiences, today and into the future.

Outside of work, Lance wholeheartedly embraces his passion for community service through his volunteer efforts with Meals on Wheels. He also treasures time spent with his loving family, including his wonderful wife of 20 years, their three energetic sons, and two adorable grandsons. For Lance, these connections exemplify the very heart of care and compassion that he champions in his professional role!

I have been in the medical field for over 25 years, mainly in family medicine. I also have experience in Urology, Allergy, and Gastroenterology and briefly in Cardiology. I find the field of medicine extremely interesting and I love helping patients with their healthcare. I chose to take my position with SHSU Physicians to being part of this exciting new adventure SHSU has developed. Osteopathic Medicine and the new SHSU Physicians clinic are working together to establish an amazing learning model that also serves the community…THAT is exciting!
